A title, a description and an awesome keyword placed in the title. I see so many site with one or more of these problems which can keep search engines from indexing your site properly.
- Title and Keyword
- Define Meta Tags
- Remove Session ID's
- Verify with W3C
- Duplicate Content
- Page Relevancy
SEO Website Marketing and Development
Meta tags I still see many site,
with one or more not in the proper format. For Search engine marketing
I would suggest doing a good job in this area. Session Id should not be needed
except for the shopping cart or login areas pages. Session data need not be present in the url.
This can stop proper indexing of many pages.
Verify your code at the World Wide Web Consortium site. Here you can check all your pages, page links, stylesheets, make sure a doc type is present and not to many errors
Search Engine Submission to build your sites popularity.
Duplicate Content can be a tricky thing to recognise and resolve.
As long as pages are indexing they will be fine. Pages answering to more than one url could turn into problems creating what seems to be duplicate content and not show up in search engines.
Revelant content which is very specific to the purpose of the page is
what will attract the clients whom turn into sales.
Every inclusion of content should be centered around the main keyword.
Such concentration of revelant content will add to the page being known.
